Shipping policy

 

We ship within the United States only, no international orders. Please keep in mind shipping timelines are estimates based on carrier timelines, NOT guarantees. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and secure address to ship to.

Orders totaling over $99 ship free via best shipping option. Custom orders may not be eligible for free shipping. Economy class shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. Standard Shipping is via USPS Priority. Bulk shipping depends on the size/weight of the package.

Orders go out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Typically, orders are processed within one to two days. Orders placed on Friday will ship on the following Monday.

We do not offer any expedited shipping options through the website. In some cases, we can process expedited shipping separately. Use the contact form to discuss options.

Resin Werks Studio is not responsible for loss or damage by the shipping carrier. Once the package is in the possession of the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility. We will not replace items or orders that are lost in transit until a claim can be filed and is approved. If a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local post office to determine the package delivery location. Resin Werks Studio is not responsible for packages that are marked Delivered by carrier that are lost or stolen.
